I'm Camie, a wedding & lifestyle photographer based in central Pennsylvania, and a graduate of the Academy for Media Production.
Aside from taking photographs, here are some of the little things that make me smile: All things art, traveling, nature, the in-between moments + above all, God's unfailing grace.
However, I think you deserve more than a brief introduction. I'd like to answer the question that I've been asked countless times, "Why did you choose photography?"
There are few greater things in this world than being blessed with the opportunity to do what you love, every day. To me, photography is something that I feel I was called to do. Much like my life, my art is vibrant and ever-changing. I love how art expresses the passion of its makers. I am able to express my inner most thoughts and feelings through my art, whether it is through the bristles of a paintbrush, the tip of a pencil or even better, the lens of a camera.
Photographs allow me to reveal myself without boundaries. My strong love for photography comes from my belief that life should not be filled with fleeting moments. Instead, I capture the special moments and turn them into forever.
